By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. tz888 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and conducts age verification as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all Funds will be held pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to keep this information updated throughout the duration of your Account. tz888 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of Funds.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one Account on the tz888 Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate Accounts are detected, tz888 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold any Funds pending a full investigation.
tz888 does not accept registrations from players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. tz888 shall not be liable for any legal consequences arising from a Player's use of the Platform in a Restricted Territory.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or permit any other individual to access your Account.
You agree to notify tz888 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. tz888 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to adequately safeguard your login credentials.
tz888 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available and selecting a strong, unique password for your Account. You should access the Platform only from personal, trusted devices and ensure you log out fully after each session, particularly when using shared devices.
Security Notice: tz888 will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to our support team immediately.
tz888 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. tz888 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per time period. These limits are displayed at the point of deposit and may vary depending on the payment method selected. tz888 reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time, with prior notice provided where reasonably practicable.
By depositing Funds into your tz888 Account, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. tz888 is required under its licence obligations to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks. Any deposits suspected to originate from unlawful activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated Account will be suspended pending investigation.
tz888 is not responsible for delays or failures in deposit processing that arise from issues with third-party payment providers, network disruptions, or banking system maintenance. If a deposit does not appear in your Account within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
To be eligible to withdraw Funds from your tz888 Account, you must have successfully completed the KYC verification process. This includes providing government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and where required, proof of the payment method used for deposits. tz888 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform, which vary by payment method. tz888 aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for deposits, or a verified method in the Player's name. tz888 reserves the right to request that a Player withdraws funds using the same method as their deposit before alternative withdrawal methods are permitted. Any Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard. tz888 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may result in extended processing times.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available by tz888 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including Wagering Requirements, time limits, minimum odds restrictions, and eligible game criteria. These specific terms are communicated at the point of offer and form part of the overall agreement between you and tz888.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered the specified number of times before any resulting winnings may be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in total. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
tz888 monitors all bonus activity to detect patterns of abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing opposing bets to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome (bonus arbitrage), or wagering only on excluded games to technically fulfil requirements. Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system will have their bonuses voided, associated winnings removed, and may face Account suspension.
tz888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, including altering the associated terms and conditions. Players will be notified of material changes to ongoing promotions wherever reasonably possible.
All bets placed on the tz888 Platform are subject to acceptance by tz888. A bet is only confirmed once you receive a bet confirmation reference number. tz888 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed after an event has commenced (unless live betting is explicitly available for that market), where odds have been posted in error, or where suspicious betting activity is detected.
A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation or postponement, obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions during bet placement, or where the outcome of an event has been subject to confirmed manipulation. Void bets will have their stake returned to the Player's Account.
Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. tz888 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets placed during a temporary suspension may be voided. Players accept that in-play odds reflect the state of an event at the moment of acceptance, not at the moment of placement.
Specific rules apply to cricket betting markets, including PSL, international ODIs, T20Is, and Test matches. In the event of a match being abandoned due to weather or other circumstances, standard cricket betting settlement rules as defined by tz888 will apply. All casino games available on the tz888 Platform are supplied by certified third-party game studios and operate using independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and table game titles are available within the respective game information panels.
tz888 does not influence game outcomes and is not responsible for software malfunctions originating within third-party game engines. In the event of a verified technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and the wager returned to the Player's Account. tz888's decision in such cases is final.

tz888's total aggregate liability to any Player for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of Funds deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
tz888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform. tz888 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.
tz888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
tz888 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. You have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of your personal data, subject to tz888's legal obligations to retain certain data under its licence and AML requirements.
